At NJET, each product is individually manufactured on demand. This method reduces waste and ensures consistent quality.
Due to this production model, all sales are final, except in case of defect.
❌ Returns not accepted
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
• size error
• change of mind
• personal preferences
• bad selection of colour or model
✔️ Replacement accepted only if:
• the product has a manufacturing defect
• the print is damaged
• the product received does not correspond to the order
• the package is lost by the carrier
📅 Legal deadlines
Any claim must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
After this period, no request can be processed.
Final sale items are non-refundable.

No exchange or replacement of the product is issued without visual proof.
