📦 Follow-up
A tracking number is provided when available.
❗ Lost packages
If a package is marked "delivered" but not received, you must contact us within 7 days.
🌍 Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided during the purchase.
No refund is offered in case of:
• incorrect address
• of package delivered to the wrong address provided
• non-receipt due to an address error
If the tracking indicates "delivered" but the package cannot be found, the customer must check:
• with the neighbors
• with the concierge
• at the local post office
An investigation may be opened after written confirmation.
